FORT WORTH, Texas — After four qualifying events with the Ultimate Bullfighters’ (UBF) and Professional Bull Riders’ (PBR) Bulls Gone Wild and last week’s Wildcard Rounds at the Fort Worth Freestyle during the PBR World Finals, the stage is now set for the final day of the richest bullfight ever.

With a total of 18 bullfights on Friday afternoon outside the Dickies Arena at the Will Rogers Tent, 12 athletes have earned their way to the final day of competition and the other six have been eliminated.

Those twelve athletes are: Colton Orcutt (Kersey, CO); Chance Moorman (Lytle, TX); Wagner Miqueline (Zacarias, Sao Paulo); Roper Rich (Eaton, CO); Tyler Mansell (Caldwell, ID); Noah Krepps (Jasper, AR); Aaron Mercer (Calgary, Alberta); Dekevis Jordan (Madill, OK); Ely Sharkey (Ainsworth, NE); Jacorey Golden (Houston, MS); Cauy Kraut (Wickenburg, AZ) and Dylan Idleman (Hillard, FL).

On Saturday night at the Cowtown Coliseum, these men will face off against each other in six matches. In those matches, the top man will move on to the Championship Round of six. In the Championship Round, the top score will take home $50,000 with second place earning $25,000 and third still paying $10,000.

On Friday afternoon, Tyler Mansell and 2020 UBF World Champion Chance Moorman would put up the top scores of the day at 87 points. With two men moving on per bracket, the lowest score was relegated to the consolation round on Saturday afternoon. Other top scores included an 83 from Colton Orcutt in Round 2; an 86.5 from Roper Rich in Round 3; an 86 from Aaron Mercer to win Round 4; an 86 from Dekevis Jordan in Round 5 and an 86 from Noah Krepps in Round 6.

About Ultimate Bullfighters Inc. (UBF): Founded in 2008 by J.B. Mauney, Luke Kaufman and Chad Ellison; was created over a decade ago to promote the sport of freestyle bullfighting. In the action-packed sport of freestyle bullfighting, a bullfighter competes for 60 seconds against a fighting bull predominantly of Spanish descent in an effort to score points for maneuvers performed during the competition. Unlike traditional bullfighting, the animals are not harmed or killed. Bullfighters are judged solely on their ability to perform dangerous stunts as close to the bull as possible without getting hit. Having paid out over $1,000,000 since formation and over $500,000 in the past two seasons, UBF embarks on a new journey with a historic partnership with both the Professional Bull Riders (PBR) and Fort Worth, Texas including the UBF World Finals and an event series beginning in March 2022.
